Local Businesses Serving Downtown Phoenix

In Phoenix, Arizona there is a small district called “Roosevelt Row”, that is rich with local businesses.
This map shows local coffee shops, cafes, art galleries, stores and a non-profit organization that are located within the Roosevelt Row district in Downtown Phoenix.
These businesses specialize in food, music, art and providing the community with a service. What all of these businesses have in common, is their mission to connect with their community through the importance of including many local elements into their businesses.
Local elements include local food sourcing, showcasing artwork from local artists and sharing music from local music artists. Small businesses being able to showcase local artists, musicians, and products that are unique to their region, allows them to give back to their community and share the importance of remaining connected to the culture that keeps their city alive.
Along with local businesses are non-profit organizations that provide services to the local community through outreach programs and events put on.
Non-profits are extremely important in providing resources to the community targeting residents who are in need in the area.
On https://www.rooseveltrow.org/about/ there are a list of local businesses and information on how to get involved through events happening throughout the community.
Roosevelt Row encompasses the idea that a community can be built by local hands and is strong when it is connected through local businesses.
